Positives: Nice size and strength. Highly intelligent, stable and mature. Knows how to utilize his size as a blocker. Overpowers defenders at current level of competition. Good strength and overall technique. Can control defenders with his arms. Good reach and length. Good knee bend. Can turn his opponent and seal off. Proficient pass blocker. Very good base and anchor strength. Does a consistent job with his footwork on pass sets. Shows nice balance and keeps his body square with the defender. Will respond to coaching and continue to refine his craft.

Negatives: Somewhat heavy feet. Doesn’t have elite natural foot quickness and needs to adapt to pro level speed on pass protection. Has some limitations on reach blocks. Hand placement a bit wide occasionally. Could show a bit more nastiness.

Summary: High football IQ. Solid overall prospect who should be able to start right away at right tackle in the NFL.
