Notes: From Downers Grove, IL. Former high school quarterback who began career at OW as a 245-pound tight end before moving to the offensive line. Redshirted in 2015. Played in 13 games with 7 starts at right tackle in 2016. Started all 14 games at right tackle in 2017. Positives: Great size and above-average athleticism. Long frame. Smart with good work ethic. Very good tenacity as a run blocker. Can engulf and bury defenders when he gets them turned. Above average technique.

Negatives: Still refining his technique, particularly on pass protection with footwork and hand use. Can improve lower-body strength.

Summary: Solid NFL right tackle prospect with good upside potential.
