Notes: From Sacramento, CA. Weighed 185 pounds when he enrolled with the Cowboys. Appeared in all 12 games as a freshman, finished with 36 tackles, 6 TFL and 1 sack in 2015. Played in 6 games with 19 tackles, 6 TFL, 4 sacks, 1 PBU and 1 FF before being sidelined with a season-ending torn left ACL injury in 2016. Returned from surgery and finished with 77 tackles, 16 TFL, 9.5 sacks, 2 PBU, 2 INT (returned 43 yards), 2 FF and 1 FR (returned 58 yards for TD) in 2017.

Positives: Nice length. Has steadily added bulk and gotten stronger. Comes off the ball quickly, can redirect and shows closing speed and burst. Gets upfield and can rush the passer. Learning to use his hands and developing pass-rush moves. Can dip his shoulder and come hard off the edge. Very agile and athletic. Moves well in the open field. Can drop into coverage. Will chase plays down from behind.

Negatives: Lacks bulk and has a naturally narrow frame. Still needs to get stronger. Can further develop his hand use, pass-rush technique and combination of moves.

Summary: Intriguing edge prospect who could fit as a weakside end in a 4-3 or standing up in 3-4.
