Justice Hansen, QB, Arkansas State #15

6031, 218, 4.86

Notes: Originally a four-star recruit by Oklahoma out of Edmond, OK. Redshirted (along with Baker Mayfield) with Sooners in 2014. Played at Butler Community College (KS) in 2015. At Arkansas State in 2016, he completed 197-of-340 passes (57.9%) for 2,719 yards, 19 TD, 8 INT. Completed 305-of-487 (62.6%) for 3,967 yards, 37 TD, 16 INT in 2017.

Positives: NFL tool set. Nice size, stature and arm strength. Nice touch. Can drop the ball over defenders. Shows good timing. Accurate downfield. Can throw the deep out. Good athlete. Can avoid the rush, make defenders miss, and run for positive yardage. Extends plays with his feet.

Negatives: Will throw into coverage. Holds the ball too long instead of throwing the ball away at times. Needs to protect the ball better under pressure.

Summary: Could move up draft boards with another productive season, especially if he can cut down on the turnovers.
