Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State #60

6051, 310, 5.16

Notes: From Woodinville, WA. His father, Mitch, was an offensive lineman for the Cougars, 1983-86. Redshirted in 2014. Played in 3 games, all at left tackle, in 2015. Started every game at left tackle, 2016-18, the final 39 games of his college career.

Positives: Quick-footed and athletic. Nice size. Does a very nice job on pass protection. Can mirror and slide with ease and displays good balance and technique. Anchors well against power rush at times. Good quickness off the ball, get position, seals and sustains nicely. Gets movement into his blocks at times. Very mobile and able to pull, trap and block downfield effectively. Very steady and consistent.

Negatives: Isn’t massive, dominant or overpowering. Inconsistent with anchor strength and pad level. Can use overall strength development. Occasionally misses on stunt pickups.

Summary: Has natural feet and pass-blocking skills that will enable him to start at left tackle at the next level.
